Ingredients:

Pumpkin puree, Cinnamon, Coconut milk

Directions:

  1. Fill ¾ of each treat mold with pumpkin puree.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top.
  3. Pour coconut milk to fill the rest.
  4. Freeze and enjoy!

Tips:

Pumpkin is great for digestion, and cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties. Coconut milk should be in moderation due to its high-fat content.
