Ingredients:
¼ cup carob chips (melted)
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
¼ cup spinach
⅛ cup curly parsley
2 mint leaves
¼ cup bone broth
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
Directions:
- Melt the carob chips and coconut oil in 10-second increments in the microwave, stirring until fully melted.
- Add 1 tsp of the melted carob mixture to the bottom of your Woof Pupsicle molds, just enough to cover the bottom, and freeze until set.
- In a blender, combine spinach, curly parsley, mint, bone broth, and a splash of water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the green mixture on top of the carob layer in each mold, filling about two-thirds of the mold. Freeze until firm.
- Add plain Greek yogurt on top of each pupsicle to fill the mold completely. Freeze again until solid.
- Serve and enjoy!
