Ginger Molasses Cookie Pops

Ingredients:

½ cup pumpkin puree

1 cooked egg

1 tbsp almond butter

¼ tsp ground ginger

Pinch of cinnamon

1 tbsp coconut flour

Drizzle of molasses

Directions:

  1. Add a drizzle of molasses to the bottom of each treat mold.
  2. In a bowl or food processor, combine the pumpkin puree, cooked egg, almond butter, ground ginger, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Mix in the coconut flour to thicken the mixture slightly.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the treat molds, filling them evenly.
  5. Freeze until solid.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
