Ingredients:

• ½ cup plain yogurt (unsweetened, no xylitol)

• 4-6 fresh strawberries

Directions:

1. Finely mash or blend 2 strawberries into the plain yogurt until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into your Pupsicle mold or an ice cube tray.

3. Slice the remaining strawberry into thin pieces, then use a knife to shape them into little hearts.

4. Place the strawberry hearts on top of each pop.

5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

6. Serve to your pup for a festive and refreshing Valentine’s treat!

Tips:

Strawberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, making this treat as healthy as it is cute.

For a thicker consistency, use Greek yogurt.
