Ingredients:

Pumpkin puree, chicken breast, rice

Directions:

  1. Boil 1 chicken breast and shred. Cook rice as directed.
  2. Mix 1 tbsp pumpkin, 1 tbsp chicken, and 1 tbsp rice per pop.
  3. Fill each treat mold and top with water.
  4. Freeze and enjoy!
