Warranty: We guarantee a 6 month manufacturer warranty on all products, but sometimes extend this based on the scenario. This means that if your product becomes unusable due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it for free.

Returns & Refunds: In terms of returns, we offer free returns on our items for up to 30 days after purchase. You can email for support, or submit a request via our contact form on our FAQ page. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item or sooner if circumstances permit.

Shipping: We offer free USPS Ground shipping for orders over $50. This typically takes 3-5 days to arrive. For orders under $50, there is a $5 flat rate shipping charge. Expedited shipping may be available depending on your location. The specific cost of expedited shipping will be determined at checkout.

Billing Terms & Conditions: Your credit card will be charged immediately after checkout. Our third party payment processor stores all credit card data for your protection. Refunds can either be provided as credit to the original card or credit to additional purchases via your account. Our payment process uses strict SSL encryption. We take your security very seriously. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express directly, as well as payment through outside apps like Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The availability of third party payment systems may vary based on operating system and date of integration.

All products should be used with care. We rigorously test our products, but after extended use (imagine your dog chewing on their leash) some components may become sensitive.
