Refund policy

We accept returns of all unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order and will provide a shipping label for the return. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount once we receive the items back to our facility and determine that they are in ‘unopened and unused’ condition.


You can email [email protected] for support, or submit a request via our contact form on our FAQ page. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item or sooner if circumstances permit.

All products should be used with care. We rigorously test our products, but after extended use (imagine your dog chewing on their leash) some components may become sensitive. Please take care to inspect your products regularly and make sure they remain in good working order. If they're not, let us know and we'll help get you replacements. Thanks!
