We take pride in sourcing the best ingredients for your pup! Our Honestchews are made sustainably in Hungary, using only 4 ingredients total: Vegetable oil from either the USA or the Netherlands, cellulose from Austria, broth from the Netherlands, and antler powder from Poland.
The HonestChew is nylon-free, splinter-resistant, and made to flake instead of splinter during use to prioritize your pup’s safety. Since it is made from food-grade, plant-based ingredients (with real antler powder added in), there’s no nylon here!
Most similar products on the market are made from straight plastic/nylon, or other petroleum-based materials. The HonestChew is primarily plant-based, making it a more natural alternative for power chewers. Perfect for your pup to get chewing!
Yes! Because of the revolutionary plant-based material, this is not just safe for your pup to chew through, it’s exactly how it’s designed! You may see some of the material flaking off in small pieces, which is also completely normal and part of the design. Just like other chew toys, if your pup breaks off one or more large chunks, please discard the toy.
Even the best chews need a re-up once in a while! We recommend replacing once your pup has chewed through more than 30-40% of their HonestChew. A good way to judge this is when all the points have been chewed off the Antler, or when the teeth-cleaning texture on the back of the Infinity Bone is worn down. You can also subscribe to a regular HonestChew delivery at a cadence that works best for you and your pup.

The HonestChew comes in three sizes to ensure the best fit for every dog! We recommend choosing the best size for your pup based on the following weight range:
Small = under 25lbs
Medium = 25-60lbs
Large = 60+ lbs

While the HonestChew is designed to completely occupy your pup, we always recommend supervision with any of our toys! If you are concerned for any reason, we encourage you to consult with your vet since they will know you and your pup best.
The HonestChew was designed to be a safer and softer chewing experience than nylon and antlers, and is best for moderate to heavy chewers. The flaking that you may see is all part of making this chew safer for those chompers!
