The Magic of Nylon-Free Chewing

Most similar products on the market are made from nylon, or other petroleum-based materials. The HonestChew is primarily plant-based, making it a more natural alternative for power chewers. Perfect for your pup to get chewing!

While HonestChew isn’t a food or meal substitute, the core is designed to safely flake as they chew. The small shavings (about the size of a grain of rice) are made from food-grade, plant-based ingredients and will pass naturally in small amounts. If your dog starts breaking off larger pieces or eating the chew instead of gnawing, remove and replace the toy. As with all chews, we recommend supervised use.

All great chews need a refresh eventually. We recommend replacing HonestChew once about 30–40% of the chew itself has worn away. A good rule of thumb: when the points of the Antler are gone or the infinity has a gap chewed through to the middle, it’s time for a re-up. You can also subscribe for regular deliveries on a schedule that works for you and your pup.

We sure hope so! HonestChew is crafted with real, natural ingredients that speak directly to your dog's wild side — the kind of taste they're just built to love.

The HonestChew comes in three sizes to ensure the best fit for every dog! We recommend choosing the best size for your pup based on the following weight range:

Small = under 25lbs
Medium = 25-60lbs
Large = 60+ lbs

Yes, the HonestChew is 100% hypoallergenic.

While the HonestChew is designed to completely occupy your pup, we always recommend supervision with any of our toys! If you are concerned for any reason, we encourage you to consult with your vet since they will know you and your pup best.

The HonestChew was designed to be a safer and softer chewing experience than nylon and antlers, and is best for moderate chewers. The flaking that you may see is all part of making this chew safer for those chompers! While the HonestChew is a safer chewing experience for all dogs, if you have concerns about your pup’s teeth we recommend checking with your vet before giving them any chew toy. We designed HonestChew to be a gentler, safer alternative to nylon and antlers, thanks to its flaking (not splintering) design. It’s best for moderate chewers.

HonestChew is designed to flake, not splinter, creating a safer chewing experience for you and your pup.
