Yes, it’s very secure. The buckle can only be undone by pulling the tab in one direction (away from the body of the dog). Otherwise, it’s locked closed.
Yep! Our bag dispenser is slightly more narrow than others, so it works best with our bags. That said, you can use larger (generic) rolls if you pull off 1-2 bags before placing the roll in the dispenser.
