You can use any bags, though our Business Bags work best. This is because they’re wound to a tighter diameter and feature an extended spindle to be held in place. For generic bags, you might have to unwind a few bags off each roll before inserting them into your leash.

Pivot the clip until both components are at about a 60 degree angle, then slide the components apart from the side. There is a small ridge that keeps the clip from coming undone accidentally. You’ll have to pivot past this in order to open the clip.

We don’t recommend applying more than 100lbs of force to the Woof Leash. This is roughly double the maximum force we’ve seen from dogs in our real-world testing, and is greater than the force most people can hold their hand. That said, the Woof Leash is not designed for towing or hauling applications. If your dog pulls with over 100lbs on daily walks, we recommend using Woof’s training tools to reduce the amount they pull.

Yes, it’s very secure. The buckle can only be undone by pulling the tab in one direction (away from the body of the dog). Otherwise, it’s locked closed.

For a video demonstration, click here. First, drape the harness over your dog with the top loop placed over their head. Next, tighten the belly strap so it’s snug. Last, tighten the front strap so it feels tight without pulling the belly strap out of its vertical orientation. The main strap should be roughly vertical, with the front-strap branching out at roughly a 90 degree angle.

We offer free returns within 30 days for all Woof Product. To initiate a return, please email team@mywoof.com with your full order number. We will send you back a pre-paid shipping label which you can use to return your item. You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days of when we receive your items.

Orders over $50 qualify for free domestic shipping. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days depending on the time of purchase, and typically arrive within 3-5 days though delays may occur.

Woof dog products come with a limited 1 year warranty, so if any part becomes defective over time due to normal use we will repair or replace it for free.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We’re working on opening international solutions promptly though!

Autoship is part of our subscribe & save program. It allows you to sign up for regular deliveries of your favorite dog products and to save money in the process.

You will be charged 2 days before your delivery ships, which is typically 5-7 days before you can expect to receive your subscription.

Adjust your subscription via your account page. If you click the “Account” button in the top-right corner of the menu, you’ll be taken to your account dashboard. From there, click “Account Settings”, then “Edit Your Pack”. You can adjust your items, order quantity, and the delivery date.

We make our Woof products with ethically certified labor overseas in China. This allows us to provide solutions that are affordable to everyone, and that also motivates our supply chain to prioritize fair and sustainable practices.

Our printed leashes are made from recycled polyester (think repurposed water bottles), we use recycled paper in our packaging, and source our jerky treats from family owned farms in Georgia, USA. Wherever possible, we infuse sustainability into our supply chain - something we will continue to work on and improve over time.
